Feline & Canine Dental Care
Providing your cat or dog with regular dental care can help prevent stinky breath and other health problems. Besides dental cleanings, our dental services include dental x-rays and dental surgery. With consistent dental care, some patients may qualify for non-anesthetic dental cleanings.
We have non anesthetic dental cleaning for patients that qualify. Must have an exam with DVM first to determine qualification. Then once in program can maintain this by having regular non anesthetic dental cleaning at reduced rates depending on length of time between cleanings.
We also have anesthetized dental cleaning for those who do not qualify for non anesthetic dentals. These are separated out into 5 levels depending on the level of dental disease present. All levels are a set cost and include the following.
LEVEL 1 – $750 |
LEVEL 2 – $920 |
LEVEL 3 – $1028 |
LEVEL 4 – $1250 |
LEVEL 5 – $1425 |

Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleanings
Freddie’s Place Animal Hospital & Urgent Care is pleased to offer Non-Anesthetic Dental Cleanings for your furry loved ones. In the pursuit of providing our patients with the best possible care, we are offering this minimally invasive procedure at a discount (10%) for those under the age of 5 years old.
One of our doctors will evaluate your pet and if they find that your pet is a good candidate for the non-anesthetic program, they will set up an appointment for you with one of the technicians. Our technician will perform a thorough dental exam and cleaning, while your pet is comfortably resting in their laps. During this exam we chart any concerns and abnormalities, which are discussed with both the Veterinarian and pet owner.
Adult cats and dogs often suffer from some form of dental disease, which can significantly impact their overall health further down the road. Fortunately, this is entirely preventable! Early intervention and maintenance are key to providing your pet with healthy gums and pearly white teeth!
The realities of sustaining dental hygiene can be challenging – brushing your pet’s teeth can be difficult and time consuming. Even with periodic dental cleanings under anesthesia a patient’s dental care can quickly deteriorate without proper preventative care. Regular dental check-ups and cleanings are essential for the oral well-being of your pet, ensuring that their mouths stay clean and healthy.
A typical non-anesthetic cleaning will include:
- A gentle cleaning above and below the gum line
- Scaling to remove plaque
- Polishing of the teeth
- Topical fluoride treatment
Here at Freddie’s Place Animal Hospital + Urgent Care we ensure that your pet receives the best quality of care under the supervision of our talented veterinarians and technicians. This procedure grants our staff the opportunity to address any concerns or abnormalities, which are documented and discussed with the owner for possible further treatment. Routine cleanings will also help eliminate bad breath, and will allow us to help protect your pet from gum disease.
All pets must be evaluated prior to the procedure to ensure health and behavioral suitability. For patients over the age of 5 years old, please schedule a dental consultation with our veterinarians for further assessment.
Please call us at 760-FREDDIE for any questions, concerns, or to arrange an appointment.
We look forward to seeing you soon!
