Meet Gremlin, a tough little French Bulldog with a big spirit and an even bigger recovery story!

Gremlin came to Freddie’s Place Animal Hospital & Urgent Care after a frightening encounter with a rattlesnake, presenting with a puncture wound and swelling on his neck. Rattlesnake bites can be unpredictable and serious, so our team moved quickly to assess his condition and begin treatment.

Thanks to prompt care, close monitoring, and antivenom therapy, Gremlin responded beautifully. Throughout his hospitalization, he remained bright, alert, and comfortable, and our medical team carefully monitored his vitals, pain level, and swelling to ensure the best possible outcome. Even when mild reactions popped up during treatment, Gremlin handled everything like a champ.

By the end of his stay, Gremlin was eating well, feeling good, and showing steady improvement—exactly what we love to see. Today, he has made an excellent recovery and is back to doing what he does best: being his happy, lovable self.
